We offer a safe space to individuals experiencing housing instability to live and redefine themselves. Our independent living environment provides structure, support, and community for adults committed to building a better future. We serve veterans, citizens who are in hard times, and individuals transitioning into stability.
Independent living units
Private, self-contained housing for residents to live on their own terms — not a shared shelter or dormitory setting.
Voucher-based housing
We work with local Public Housing Authorities and VA case managers to accept housing vouchers, so cost isn't a barrier to a resident's application.
Private-pay residences
For residents who don't have a voucher, we offer independent units at a straightforward monthly rate.
Referral partnerships
We coordinate directly with VA caseworkers, SSVF providers, and PHA staff to make referrals and unit inspections straightforward.
